Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a session please email mattreid@reider-hockey.com or select "My Bookings" for site members. Cancellations for lessons, clinic drop-ins, and virtual player services must be made at least 24 hours prior to start day/time to receive a credit or a refund. Refunds are made via PayPal, Venmo or mailed check and will be subject to a 3% service fee. Cancellations for tournaments, camps and clinics (multi-date packages) are non-refundable unless otherwise specified at time of booking. Credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis to be applied towards upcoming tournaments, camps, clinics per availability.
