Stay up-to-date on your skills—weekly session Monday-Thursday. The off-ice will be a core workout. Daily schedule: 10:00am-11:15am: on-ice 11:25am-12:05pm: hockey IQ 12:10pm-12:30pm: lunch 12:45pm-1:30pm: off-ice Weeks of sessions: 8/2-8/5; 8/9-8/12; 8/16-8/19; 8/23-8/26.
