Service Description
Stay up-to-date on your skills—weekly session Monday-Thursday. The off-ice will be a core workout. Daily schedule: 11:10am-12:30pm: off-ice 12:40pm-1:00pm: lunch 1:00pm-2:15pm: on-ice 2:30pm-3:15pm: hockey IQ Weeks of sessions: 6/21-6/24; 6/26-7/1; 7/12-7/15; 7/19-7/22; 7/26-7/29.
