At the time of registration an online payment can be made in full via credit card or PayPal. If you are needing submit an alternative form of payment, please contact our team manager at lauriereid@reider-hockey.com to make payment arrangements prior to registering. At the completion of check-out, parents/guardians will also need to check off that they acknowledge and agree to the Heads Up Concussion Waiver and Reider Hockey Waiver & Agreement. 

Following registration and submitting payment, participating players will receive further communication regarding tournament jersey/sock sets available for loan or purchase, optional schedule team practices as they come available, and team hotel blocks/reservation links for stay-to-play events. Participants will need to plan for travel time and arrival at least 1 hour prior to game start for all tournament games. Game schedules will become available to all participating Reider Hockey teams as soon as they are released by the tournament coordinators and are subject to change.

*Tournament fees are refundable minus a 3% service fee if a player needs to cancel and provides notice at least 30 days prior to the tournament start date. Tournament fees are non-refundable for cancellations made within 29 days or less of the tournament start date; however, payment may be transferred to another tournament fee or Reider Hockey service based on availability.
