Checking is a big part of the game of hockey and the goal of our small group Checking 101 Clinics is to teach proper technique and player safety to rising Bantam players. It is critical for player's to be able to give and receive body checks without worrying about potential injury. Ensuring safety while building player confidence is key.

The Fine Print

Payment Methods:

Online payments can be made at booking checkout via credit card or PayPal ( Off-line payment options are not available at this time unless confirmed by us in advance.  Payment in full is required before sessions begin. 

Cancelations & Refunds:

Cancelations must be made by March 14, 2022 to receive a refund. Refunds are subject to a 10% service fee. Cancelations made after March 14, 2022 will be offered credit towards Reider Hockey services.

Please note ice rentals have been booked well in advance but may be subject to change per rink management for unforeseen circumstances. Reider Hockey will notify all registrants of any changes to dates, times, locations as soon as possible; however, registrants that cannot attend rescheduled sessions will only be offered credit towards additional Reider Hockey services.

Covid-19 Policies:

Players, parents, and coaching staff will be required to abide by all local COVID-19 regulations and rink policies at the time of lessons. Please refer to Montgomery County or Prince George's County websites for the most up-to-date Covide-19 mandates. To ensure the safety of all our clients and staff, please contact us prior to attending sessions if your player and/or immediate family member(s) are experiencing or have been in contact with any persons experiencing Covid like symptoms or have tested positive for Covid within 10 days of session dates. Safety of all our staff and clients is top priority so please call or email us with any questions or concerns regarding our Covid-19 policy. 

Locker Rooms & Dressing:

Locker rooms will be assigned to designated groups at least 30 minutes prior to the start of sessions by rink management. If locker rooms are not available due to Covid-19 mandates, players will need to make appropriate accommodations to arrived dressed by session start times.
